David was born in Tampa, FL.  He graduated from Winter Haven High School in 1990, received his Bachelor of Music in Church Music from the University of Florida in 1994, and received his Master of Music in Church Music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1997.  David has served at churches in Gainesville, FL, Gatesville, TX, Jacksonville, FL and Winter Haven, FL.  He joined the staff at FBC Kissimmee in September, 2005.  David and his wife, Julia, have six children: Reagan, David Marshall, Bailey, Hannah, Avery and James.
