Tim Wilder

Pastor Tim was born in Tampa, Florida. He graduated from Jefferson High School in Tampa, Florida in 1978. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida in 1981. He received a Master's Degree in Religious Education from Southwestern Seminary in 1984. While in seminary, Tim served as youth minister at Grace Bible Church in Granbury, Texas. Pastor Tim began his ministry here at First Baptist in 1985 and has served all of his full-time ministry with us here. He started off as Minister of Youth and Education, but changed to Minister of Youth in 1989. He was called and elected as pastor of First Baptist Church in January of 1996. Pastor Tim and his wife, Nancy, have three children, Adam, Ashley and Jacob.

Kyle Grizzard

Kyle was born in Limestone, Maine. He graduated from Osceola High School in 1999 after his family moved to Kissimmee in 1995. Kyle graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2003 and from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Wake Forest, NC in 2006 with a Master's Degree in Church Music. After seminary, Kyle served in churches in North Carolina and Florida. Kyle grew up at First Baptist, but joined the staff as an Associate Pastor in 2011. Kyle and his wife, Leah, have one son, Kaden.

Mike Hatfield

Mike was born in Booneville, Mississippi. He graduated from Thrasher High School in Booneville in 1976, Blue Mountain College in North Mississippi in 1988, and from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas with a Master of Arts in Religious Education in 1991. Mike has served in churches in Mississippi, Texas, and Florida in the education ministry. He has a great passion for missions and has been doing international mission work since 1989. He joined the staff at FBC Kissimmee in October 2006. Mike and his wife, Toni, have 3 children, Josh, Jud, and Jonathan.

Matt Weeks
Administrative Pastor

Matt was born in Lakeland, Florida. In 1999, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Operations Management and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida. He worked as a purchasing manager for five years before being called into full time ministry. He is currently working on a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He served on staff in Louisville, KY before joining us here at FBC Kissimmee in August 2007. Matt and his wife, Heather, have three children.

Stephen Braswell

Stephen was born in Albany, Georgia. He came to know Jesus as his Savior & Lord at a young age and has dedicated his life to serving Him. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Communications and is currently working to obtain his Masters Degree in Christian Ministry. God called him to full time ministry in the months before his senior year of high school. Stephens desire is to lead the students of FBC Kissimmee to fall in love with Jesus and to passionately follow Him with their lives. Stephen and his wife, Rachel, began serving in ministry at FBC Kissimmee in January 2011.

Mary Wood

Mary was born in Lakeland, FL. In 1996, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with an emphasis in early childhood from John Brown University. She taught 2nd grade for 6 years at The First Academy in Orlando, FL before following the Lord's call on her life to minister to preschoolers and their families. She has served as Director of Preschool Ministry in Lakeland, FL before joining us here in Kissimmee.

Ken Prag

Ken was born in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. After High School he served in the U.S. Navy, attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and then began his 30 year career with the IBM Corporation – first selling IBM Typewriters and finishing with IBM mid-sized computers. After retirement and losing his first wife to cancer, Ken moved to Kissimmee where he met and married his wife Sherry and decided it was time to devote more service to Gods calling. Ken and Sherry have 3 grown children, 11 grand-children and 1 great grand-child.

Mark Alexander

Mark was born in Benton, Illinois where he grew up working for his father's construction business before moving to Florida. Mark worked in the automotive and RV industries most of his life. He was general manager of a large RV dealership in Florida and South Carolina for over 19 years. After leaving that company, he took the position of VP of Sales for a major RV parts distribution company responsible for their Eastern division of the United States. Mark has always been an active church member serving in youth, music, technical, and teaching Sunday School. He joined the church staff in November of 2011. He and his wife, Ginger, together have five grown children and one grandson.

Rachel Braswell
Director of the Osceola Pregnancy Center

Rachel was born in Nashville, Tennessee. She surrendered her life to Christ at age 20, being set free from a life of chaos. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a minor in Art Studio in 2009. Since being rescued by God's grace in 2007, she has felt called to help women find their identity in Christ and to help restore value to women through Christ and His Truth. She is able to live out that purpose as the Director at the Osceola Pregnancy Center. Rachel and her husband, Stephen, began serving in ministry at FBC Kissimmee in January 2011.

Richard Burton

Richard came to Kissimmee in 1959. He graduated from the University of Florida with a BA in English Lit and studied at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, Orlando Extension. After working in the field of publishing for 15 years, Richard was called into ministry and worked first at First Baptist Church of St. Cloud and then as a jail chaplain prior to coming to the Osceola Christian Ministry Center in January of 2005.
