Basics in Sign Language

In this very basic introduction to American Sign Language (ASL), you will learn some key elements of communicating with the deaf. This class will cover simple ways of conveying thoughts through body language, facial expressions and actual signs. You will learn how to “say” and “hear” basic phrases, fingerspell most anything and even be able to silently share your personal biography! This is an interactive class, so attendance, enthusiasm, and participation are vital to the learning experience. |
